This is the kit that started it all! We have all seen hinge tape or active hinges fail due to heavy 3D deflections. Never again! Made from 1/32" thickness Delrin Plastic, our hinged-horn design reduces stress on the hinge tape, increasing the lifespan of your aircraft tenfold. We use a pull-pull design on the elevator and rudder, and push pull laser cut pushrods for ailerons!
These Delrin parts are extremely durable and reusable! We switched to Delrin because the previous G10 horns cut the Kevlar string and required heatshrink to protect it. This is no longer needed! If you have a set laying around, Just order the "foam only" kit in the future and re-use them!
The kit can be ordered as a stand alone with hinge screws, or a complete kit which includes hinge tape and kevlar thread, be sure to select the variant that suits your needs!
